Planned to see Cockermouth major attractions and it was great base for visiting all of them. Popular restaurant on site. We had a king room and it included a satellite TV, ironing facilities and a writing table. When we came, the owner met us and was FRIENDLY.

We would stay here again, if travelling to Cockermouth Everyone was welcoming! Coffee, tea and biscuits were also great.

The guest house was so close to Sainsbury's. The beds were comfy in our room. We were at the suite and it met the criteria. We loved Old Posting House...

Peaceful location in the town, a short walk to tourist attractions. The hotel was built in a historical style. Can't wait to go back, thanks. Stayed here to be adjacent to sosgill lead mine.
